Tiny House Model – $750 and up
A truly tiny model of your home, or the building of your choice– a three-story building rises a majestic three-and-a-half inches high! Like a perfectly preserved three-dimensional specimen, this lovingly crafted miniature adds charm to any room in your house. Made with extreme precision and care out of matboard, paper, transparency film, gesso, and gouache paint, it comes protected in its own glass dome display with a base.
Images are an example. Expect a 45 day turnaround. Price may change based on type of building/scope of project. For buildings local to the Bay Area only.

Tiny Painting – $150
An original tiny painting created at the location of your choice! Tiny and cute, they are surprisingly detailed and all the more delightful for their small size.
Tiny paintings are professionally framed ($125 for the painting and $25 for the frame), please allow time for framing.
Turnaround can be quick on the tiny paintings, depending on location and my schedule. Great for gifts.
Gouache Painting
5″x7″ – $350
8″x10″ – $700
16″x20″ – $1,000
A portrait of a home, building, or landmark of your choice, rendered in gouache. Sketched on site ideally, or from excellent reference photos, the portrait is painted with care and precision, capturing the feeling and personality of the space– with greater detail than a gestural plein air sketch, and more expression than a digital line drawing. Expect a 10-14 day turnaround. Please note that I ask an additional $50 design fee for creative changes such as added elements or a change of season.
